Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SupaTraxx Karaoke is a digital songbook and song request platform operated by Orion Ventures. It allows singers to browse a library of karaoke songs and submit requests to the DJ at participating venues.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. User Accounts

You register with a stage name and WhatsApp number. Your profile is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Song Requests

Song requests are submitted to the DJ at the venue you select. The DJ has sole discretion to accept, reject, or reorder requests. We do not guarantee that any particular song will be played.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit offensive, abusive, or inappropriate song requests
• Attempt to disrupt the service or interfere with other users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The SupaTraxx name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Orion Ventures. The karaoke song library is provided under license. No songs are hosted or distributed by this app — only song metadata is displayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orion Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
