This Acceptable Use Policy applies to WhatsMyBiz.App and forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited uses

• Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Impersonation or misleading representation of a person, business, government body or other organisation.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or harassment.
• Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, security testing without permission, or attempts to disrupt systems.
• Use intended to evade platform safeguards, messaging restrictions or provider policies.
• Automated activity designed to abuse, overload or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Processing of special personal information or children's information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Use of Intelligent Agent output as a substitute for regulated professional advice where the service is not expressly designed and authorised for that purpose.

2. Messaging responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through WhatsMyBiz are lawful, appropriately targeted and compliant with applicable consent, marketing and messaging rules and with the policies of the relevant messaging platform.

3. Intelligent Agent safety and human oversight

Customers must not configure WhatsMyBiz to deliberately generate harmful, fraudulent, discriminatory, illegal or materially deceptive content. Intelligent Agents are tools for business communication and automation; they do not replace the Customer's responsibility for its business, professional obligations, legal compliance, decisions or human accountability. Customers must provide appropriate human escalation for high-impact use cases, including legal advice, medical decisions, financial advice, safety-critical decisions, employment decisions and highly sensitive personal information.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

ORION269 may monitor service activity to the extent reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, billing and legal compliance. Where a violation is suspected, ORION269 may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access. Where appropriate, ORION269 may preserve evidence or cooperate with lawful requests.

5. Reporting

Suspected abuse or security issues should be reported to hello@whatsmybiz.app.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated as platform requirements, technology and applicable law change.
