Delete My Data

1. Your Right to Erasure

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to request that we delete personal information we hold about you. We will process your request within 30 days.

2. How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request via WhatsApp or email. Include your WhatsApp number so we can identify your data.

Option A — WhatsApp

Message +27 72 497 1810 with the phrase: "Delete my data"

We may verify your identity before processing.

Option B — Email

Send an email to info@oriondevcore.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your WhatsApp number.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Your WhatsApp messages and conversation history
• Your account and profile information
• Plant photos and care data (Orion PlantWise)
• Any uploaded content associated with your account

We may retain de-identified analytics and financial records where required by law (up to 5 years).

4. Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will confirm via WhatsApp or email. If we cannot fulfil your request (e.g. unable to verify identity), we will explain why.
